Avocado and Mango Green Smoothie

The combination of avocado, banana and mango gives this smoothie a nice silky texture. We like our smoothies with a thicker consistency so you can eat it with a spoon. If you’d prefer it with more liquid, simply add more coconut milk or water. To make this even more nutritious, toss in two scoops of collagen before blending!
Avocado and Mango Green Smoothie

Serves: 1 very large smoothie or two medium
Ingredients:
- 2 cups frozen mango chunks
- 2 medium handfuls fresh, organic baby spinach
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon unpasteurized honey
- 1 medium ripe avocado
- optional: two scoops collagen
Instructions:
Pour liquid ingredients into Nutribullet (or other highspeed blender) first. Add banana, avocado, spinach, honey and, if using, collagen. Blend until completely smooth. Serve cold or store in fridge overnight. If storing for later, stir or shake before serving.
