This flatbread recipe is a must try! It comes together in a couple of minutes with simple ingredients and cooks up so fast. It’s perfect for soaking up curry or sauces. Serve it with soup, use it as a sandwich wrap…or just about anything else! You can find the recipe here from Thriving Autoimmune. The recipe creator uses a non-stick pan to cook the bread. I don’t use non-stick and I prefer cast iron skillets. If you are using non-stick, you won’t need any oil to coat the pan. However, if you are using cast iron or stainless steel you will need a very small amount of oil to coat the pan. Don’t use much oil as it will make the bread too moist and soggy. Use a very small amount and then let the pan heat up really well before adding the batter.
