Paleo Sandwich Bread
This is perfect for sandwiches or to spread jam and almond butter on. It comes together so fast, with only a few ingredients. I swapped out some of the almond flour and added some tigernut, just to make it higher in fiber and other nutrients. I used 1/4 cup tigernut flour and 1 1/2 cups almond flour for the loaf I made in the picture for this post but next time I’ll increase the tigernut to 1/2 cup and use 1 1/4 cup almond flour.
