My Big Fat Grain Free Life is a blog I really enjoy visiting and this cinnamon bread recipe from there is a huge hit with my kids (and my husband and me!). It comes together really easily and is great when guests are coming over. It’s sweet enough to be used as a dessert but also so healthy you don’t feel bad eating it any time! I cut down on the amount of coconut sugar by not actually adding in the “swirl” part. It still tastes great and comes together faster. This bread also travels really well if you pre-slice it.
