I love the title of the recipe because it just sums it up perfectly. This really is yummy grain-free bread! The texture and taste is perfect.     Elaine, the bread looks delish.

    Strangely, I made something similar at Christmas using pumpkin puree instead of squash. The loaf was dense yet light. Firm and soft and sliced beautifully. I’ll try and find the recipe!

    Paleo Running Momma is great too! I do prefer My Big Fat Grain-Free Life and as her recipes tend to use less sweetner, keeping it lower glycemic.
