Banana Ketchup

So when I first saw a recipe for banana ketchup I had to try it just because it sounded so crazy. Really? Banana ketchup? But it tastes amazing! Use it in the place of regular ketchup for just about anything. It goes particularly well with sweet potato chicken poppers and sweet potato fries. Nightshade free, easy to whip up and delicious. What’s not to love?

I really like using this recipe from the creator of The Honest Spoonful. I take a short cut though and just use powdered onion and powdered garlic.
